Abstarct: This thesis deals with the thermodynamic analysis of the incinerator, its thermal behavior and temperature reduction in the wall of the incinerator. The main goal of this research is to use the heat extracted from the waste incinerator in order to reduce environmental pollution. For this purpose, using heat exchangers, the temperature of the burner wall has been reduced by high heat. Also, the energy and exergy efficiency of the waste incinerator system has been investigated along with the use of waste from Fajar gas refinery as waste incinerator fuel. The system has been simulated using Aspen Hysys software, it recovers the wasted heat from various facilities and equipments, and hence, in the real state, the recovered energy can be effectively transferred to the consumer units. Simulation of Fajr Bushehr Refinery incinerator, two plans are proposed to reduce and control temperature and energy recovery. The first plan of using one heat exchanger and the second plan of using three heat exchangers were investigated. The results showed that heat exchangers can help reduce and control temperature and energy recovery. In this treatise, shell-tube converters were used. In the first design, a heat exchanger is used and the total exergy destroyed in the process of three equations is 30637 kilowatts. It is also used in a heat exchanger and the total exergy decomposed in the second design is 3092 kW. In both designs, the most exergy destruction (irreversibility) occurred in the furnace, which is equivalent to 75.22%. The energy efficiency for both plans is 85.02% and the exergy efficiency of heat exchangers is 72.9% for the first plan and 62.3% for the second plan. Also, according to the simulation flowsheet, the amount of CO2 emissions baxsed on the tonnage of produced steam is evaluated as 2.8〖kg〗_(〖CO〗_2 )/〖kg〗_steam .In the economic analysis, after performing the calculations, it was found that the value of the levelized energy cost parameter for the steam produced from the heat exchanger is equal to 0.72 $/kWh, and finally, the importance of further research in the field of burning refinery waste gases in order to reduce pollution and create a process Environmentally friendly and sustainable should be considered.
